Here are answers to frequently asked questions about the tour at the Grévin Museum.

Q How can I get a discount on the ticket?
A

Events and promotions are available throughout the year. Please check the details on Grevin's official Facebook or Instagram.

Q Does Grevin Seoul Museum provide service in foreign languages?
A

Yes, you can choose to be served in English when you arrive here and leaflets are available in English, Japanese, Chinese.

Q Is there a space for lactation inside the museum?
A

No. We have no lactation room, but we will provide a space for lactation if you need. Please ask our staff in the museum.

Q How long does the tour of the museum take?
A

The tour of the museum takes about 90 minutes in average.

Q How can I purchase a ticket?
A

You can purchase online through ticket websites or offline through the ticket box at the museum.

Q Is the place baby carriage friendly?
A

No. The place is narrow and has many stairs, which make it very difficult to use the baby carriage. Please leave your baby carriage at the ticket box on 1F.

Q Can I photograph or video inside the museum?
A

Yes. Photograph wax figures looking more real than the real people as much as you like.

Q Can I bring in my pet?
A

We are sorry that no pet is allowed inside the museum.

Q Is the museum disability-friendly?
A

Yes. We operate elevators at the entrance and inside the building for the convenience of those who are on wheelchairs.

Q Is Grévin Seoul Museum air-conditioned?
A

Yes. The air condition is operating in all spaces inside Grévin Seoul Museum during the summer.

Q Is there a space to eat and drink inside the museum?
A

Yes. You can get foods and beverages at Café Grévin inside the museum. However, we do not have a space for you to have the food you personally carry.

Q Is there a parking space?
A

No. We do not have a parking space. Please use public transportation or use the car parks near Grevin Museum as follow.

 

 

Q Is there age requirement for admission?
A

No. There is no age requirement. Children under 60 months may enter the museum without a charge, however, are required to present a proof such as the medical insurance card, resident registration certificate, or other forms of proof.
